ST AUGUSTINE

Post by JBUG308 » Tue Apr 29, 2014 7:51 am

Greetings all.

Me and the family will be headed up to St Augustine around the end of May for a week. Just wondering if anyone has any pointers as to where I could do a little fishing. No boat. Would just be wading on sitting on a stool. Any and all suggestions are appreciated!

I was just there 2 weeks ago. Put some weight on and just chucked it out as far as I could off the beach and went back to shore to wait it out. Picked up bait and rigs at Avid Angler. Caught a few jacks in the little time I tried. Good luck!

Matanzas Bridge you can fish off the bank of the beach on the North side and throw a cast net on the Southwest side. It is in creastant Beach but it is only like 8-10 miles south on A1A.

YES!

Especially at night. No one is ever there and at low tide you can slay everything from Ladyfish to Sharks.
