Re: deer finely down
bellyacher,
Congratulations! That's a fine buck for sure. I sure miss the camaraderie we had on this forum a couple of years ago. I don't check in too often but this morning I wandered in and found your posts.
I've been out of commission until recently, had a Reverse shoulder replacement done in April and have had to protect it for way too long. Didn't even plant a garden this year, first time in about 47 years. We have not recovered from Hurricane Michael back in 2018, our 35 year old pines were all destroyed. Salvaged a small amount of timber but most downed trees was sold to the pellet plant for $1.00 per ton, should have been $50.00 trees.
Gettin' too old to get out there and do much anymore but going to keep going as long as the Lord allows me.
I'll check in more often, maybe we'll see the forum back and running.
