For us gimps

First let me say I like FOHAF. One thing I would like to see added is a forum for sportsmen with special needs because of mobility restrictions due to age, affliction, or service duty like me. In that forum we could share ideas on how we cope with our limitations, what we need to do to get out, adaptive equipment (which will also attract sponsors) ideas, and more. Should you require a moderator, I would be willing to consider the task. It is that important to me. Just because a disabilty hit me, doesn't mean that I want to hunt and fish less. We are all eventually going to get slower with more aches and pains; it is called growing old. Wouldn't it be nice to have someplace to go where others understood? A community of us might even spur the FWC to promote more activities and access. In unity there is strength. There is a sorry lack of mobility impaired activities (especially in Marion County which contains 350,000 + acres of Ocala National Forest) in this state. Don't take my word for it, check out the FWC website for yourself. FOHAF could establish itself as a leader to make the outdoors more accessible for all. Will you?
