Been cold and now we heading for ultra cold streak to hit so I need to prepare for it.

I will trade a cottage home for a cheap junk trailer on its own land in the warmth any day,lol!

Thanks I am following my new years resolutions and will have this place listed and on the market with a realtor by the first or second week of feburary.
I have been trying to sell my home by myself with no luck just a bunch of low ball offers which is ok.Someone will offer better in time and then I will be back home for sure.
