Yes they do but they are quite a bit more $ than they used to be.
Castaways no longer exists, and I would burn my $$$ before I spent it in Debrooks. White's is probably the best shop in the town, but they cater to the 1%ers and their prices reflect it. The Fishing Center is the second best, and has competitive prices to most big box stores. Plus I work at the Fishing Center so if you stop by when I'm there you get real fishing reports whether they're good or bad.
