Pine Island Time
Its that time again, 1st trip of the year down to Bokeelia. If anyone is and out and about this weekend on the water we will be fishing from Smokehouse Bay all the way around to Upper Captiva Pass. I'll buy the 1st round up at the Jug Creek marina.
I hear the snook are biting well and the weather and moon look good. Here's to tight lines and tight knots.....

19" & 20" boated around noon. Heading back out in a minute to chase after them again. Had to make a mojito stop back at the house.

The little croaker pins under a cork...you'll kill the gators now.

In high school I worked at Morettis, in Matlacha. I used to toss out a line from the back of the restaurant and catch a few snapper or occasionally a flounder and make a fresh fried fish sandwich.
