Have read quite a bit about the man in years passed and finally purchased a Knight rifle a few years back. If I were a traditionalist, I wouldn't own a Knight rifle because I find them to be just as good as any modern cartridge single shot rifle of comparable load. As most of you know Mr. Knight made it easy for us who just enjoy the few extra days afforded by the muzzle loading season to do it without the hassle that so many of our brothers "enjoy" with the more traditional muzzle loading firearms. Remember to each his own, not stirring the pot but just praising Mr. Knight's contributions to the shooting sports. Treefarmer

He had the support of guys like Toby Bridges. No thanks. Not my kind of crowd.

I will however congratulate him on his marketing success and salute him for his service to our country.
