Operation Ceviche

Post by Ragin Cajun » Thu Mar 26, 2009 3:32 pm

So my friend and I decided to head to the Lake since I was craving some ceviche,he brought my bass pole and I brought my castnet to get some fish.
We ended up getting a 2-3 pound bass or so and some tilapia

Cilantro is very strong. You can make it without it. The best ceviche is when you make it off shore with fresh caught fish. I have done it and it is out of this world

I had it since 96 before they became popular.. I actually did it on a bet and have had it in ever since.. (i take it out to clean it).. Its just a characteristic thing man.. If everyone was the same we would all be just boring!. Wife loves it also. LOL.. Anyway back to the ceveche topic here!
